I submitted a claim on September 8, 2011 to PurinaCare, and received a check on September 14, 2011. The check was dated September 9 - yes, my claim was processed within one day! The explanation of benefits matched exactly what I expected based on my policy. I think this is exceptional service by PurinaCare Claims department staff! By the way, this is not the first time I have received prompt and responsive service from this company. After a pre-existing condition resolved itself for my cat, Gil, I requested a review of the exclusion. PurinaCare promptly reviewed the documentation I provided, and notified me the exclusion was removed from my policy. I appreciate the consistent quality of the service PurinaCare provides and would recommend this company without hesitation!
