I want to thank VIP for their thoughtfullness, not only for my two pets, but for their Mom also. On Feb. 10th of this year, I had my car window broken and my purse stolen from under my seat. All my assets were frozen including my automatic bill paying to prevent fraud. VIP called me to see if something had happened and if the dogs were all right. VIP had not been able to draw from my account. Not once did they threaten to cancel my insurance. Their concern was for Trinket & Bessie. I was assured that if I needed to file a claim during this time, I should do so. Just please keep in touch to let them know how things were progressing. My other automatic draws should be so concerned for me as VIP was for my dogs. Thank you VIP.
