While it's very simple to file a claim, it's not that simple to get customer service. I know there is a delay because of the pandemic, but seriously, I've waited more than 30 minutes to try and talk to someone. And once the claim has been submitted, there is no way to add more information online, other than to scan more documents. And you can't see what documents you've previously submitted. Perhaps it would be helpful for them to add an option to call you back if they're not able to be fully staffed right now. If you try and use the online chat option, you get nothing but someone who will tell you that claims take 30-45 days to process. I tried that option when I was checking on the status of a claim that was still pending, even though later claims had been processed and paid. Did I need to submit more information? I still don't know, and I'm not about to spend any more time on hold.
