Our “intrepid” sphynx ate some plastic and spent four days in and out of emergency care. When we submitted the claim, we realized we were only reimbursed for half the amount (albeit quickly), which prompted a call to Pet Plan. The CSR I spoke to, Joe, was super help helpful and explained that a portion of the claim had merely been overlooked. He was able to start a second claim for me right away and was very pleasant to deal with. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes them much easier to manage.
