Be aware that Pets Best does not pay for all prescriptions. My vet prescribed and dispensed Proin-25 for my dog's urinary incontinence. Pets Best refused to pay. They said it was not approved by the FDA. The vet says it approved. The label says it is for veterinary use in dogs by prescription.

Hi Robert, Pets Best Insurance plans cover all FDA-approved medications, and you can see a complete list at the bottom of our downloads page at http://www.petsbest.com/customers/download. The FDA removed Proin-25 from its list of approved drugs approximately ten years ago, so it is not covered by Pets Best Insurance plans.
