Terrible claim service

I am very disappointed in their claim service. I submitted one 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back. All of a sudden, they said they had processed it over a week ago though I had never received their email. Worse, it was processed incorrectly.I would not recommend them based on terrible claim service. I'm looking at going with someone else at this point.

Oversights can happen and to err is human. This review doesn't help me much, if at all; could you elaborate a little more?
So it was processed eventually, correct?
After it was processed incorrectly, and you notified them, did they correct it?
If they didn't correct it, did they explain to you that it was processed a certain manner because XYZ?
How was their attitude during this? Positive? Negative?
How was your attitude during this? Positive? Negative?

Without any of this information you come across like a whiny runt, who couldn't live three weeks without $500.
