Insensitive, Money Hungry Company!!!!

I recently lost my 10 year old, female Cocker Spaniel. On 4/6/11 she went into Banfield for a teeth cleaning and had suffered cardiac arrest on the operating table under anestesia. On 4/9/11 I was online paying bills and noticed that Banfield took out the monthly premium for both of my dogs. I called and asked that they reverse the charge but was told that I had to pay this premium for the next 10 months even though my pet has passed away. How much longer do we have to endure such treatment. Don't ever take your pet there! These people didn't even express any sympathy to me at all for my loss...this is inexcusable behavior. I am saddened that there are companies like this that just plain take advantage of people.

I too had a problem. Its a good service when the pet is doing GREAT, but when sick, get ready to pay...

I am sorry for your lost! You are right the Doctors are not professional. A nurse told me that she is still learning English. She doesn't know what is " hematoma". I am calling to cancel my dog's wellness plan. It's really not worth for pay $30 a month for a not educated people work in Banfield Pet Hospital.

We had the exact experience, disgusting company
