After a freak accident with a bee allergy we were not aware of our 2 1/2 year old dog was in a life & death situation. After vomiting and collapsing, my husband rushed the dog to the nearest clinic & handed him over to the staff, not knowing if he was going to live. In a horrible situation like this, we were relieved to know that we would not have to worry about our dog's medical bill. He spent two days in the hospital and pulled out of the situation unphased. The claims process was easy, quick and the communication was top notch. I had some questions and was promptly helped when calling customer service. I recieved my check in a week after recieving my confirmation that the claim was processed, which only took 2 days. The whole bill was covered completely, less our agreed upon deductible. Make sure you follow the policy rules and keep up with the yearly checkups, shots, etc. & you shouldn't have any problems. We were able to establish that our dog was healthy when the whole thing happened so there were no glitches in the process. I would highly recommend! So relieved we didn't have to pay $2,200!
