When calling VPUI about possible coverage for ne wpuppy, VPI informed us verbally that their Guardian Plan would cover a substantial portion of the neutering. When it came time to receive the check they only covered $100 substantially less than the cost. They agreed to listen to the phone conversation but said they WOULD NOT HONOR what their sales rep said if indeed I was correct. They will use it for coahing only. How can I can I deal with a company that finds a customer was mislead and won't correct the situation? I will cancel my policy as soon as we cash the check.
