I've jumped through every hoop I've been asked to do. I can't imagine what I would have to do to get a claim paid.I sent a Canine Orthopedic Report Card and was told I didn't.So the Muscle Sprain Right Front Leg - with Claim Amount $64.1 will not be paid,it would have been taken off the $500 deductable.I thought I did my homework before I bought pet Insurance, I have to admit I did a bad job.

I think the problem is that you don't understand what a deductible is. You are responsible for the first $500, and the insurance company pays it's share starting above that amount.

To get a claim paid, you HAVE to exceed your deductible. If you have a $500 yearly deductible, they are not going to start paying claims until they know you have spent $500. If you have a $50 deductible per incident, they will only pay the claim amount minus $50. Almost all pet insuirance companies work that way. I've noticed Trupanion has at least one no deductible plan. If you have a problem with deductibles, maybe you should try them.
