I had a question about a few claims, and my account needed updating as my cat had passed away. I spoke with Joseph Prater and he just went above and beyond. He went through every claim and made sure I had the proper paperwork and then phoned all the clinics we had visited to make sure the Dr.'s notes were received. The measures he went to to help my situation in a practical way was appreciated, but more than that, Joe was SO caring and empathetic about the passing of my sweet cat. He was so concerned that I not worry about these claims and be able to get closure. He even noticed that I had another cat on file and asked how he we dealing with the passing of our other cat.
