My son has a service dog, Tiffany, who suffered a stroke. As frightening as this was for my son and our family, we were comforted in knowing that most of the costs would be covered by VPI. After it was all said and done, we sent off our bills to VPI and got a check back in less than a week. When I have had to speak to a person, I got in touch with someone almost immediately. Tiffany has fully recovered, and she is back at work. I would enthusiastically and unequivocally recommend VPI to anyone.
