Terrible customer service

This company appears to be a one horse operation. Wasted half a day on hold. Never did get a human. There are several different phone numbers for this company, which seem to all lead back to one line. They do not respond to my faxes either. The faxes were to cancel the policy. They may pay on claims, but after this experience,I can imagine what getting a claim paid is like.
