I have had VPI for 5 years and it is nice to know that a member of my family also has insurance in case of accidents. But I am very unsatisfied with the reimbursement amounts when vets keep raising their cost to keep thier doors open in this economy. The yearly cost for insurance is increasing so why aren't the reimbursements? On the other hand, when claims are processed, they are done so in a swift and timely manner. I am very satisfied with that process. Keep up the great work.
