I switched to PetsBest from Figo because of a big premium increase. I submitted my first claim recently and have had a good experience. There was no questioning of the claim and the reimbursement I felt I was due came through with no problem. Like many companies, PetsBest is currently working with pandemic issues, so the payment took longer than I'd anticipated, but they contacted me to let me know why there was a delay and that my claim was being processed. So far, I'm very happy!
