Pets Best looks like a great insurance company, but how can you have a great company if your customer care is poor?
Wanting to know more about this company and it's coverage, I emailed some simple questions to customer care, but I never got a response. I was sent advertisements for enrollment (several times over), but even after I sent a new email, with the first message attached, I received nothing in response.

Why would I give my money to a company who won't even pay attention to me!

I agree with you. I went through the same thing with this company. Not very happy with this company at all. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Usually picking up the phone gets better results than email. So old fashioned, I know.
