Max is our first dog and he took ill a few months after we got him and of course we were very upset. Off to the vet we went and after a few days and a very big bill, Max was better..much to our relief. I faxed the claim to VetInsurance and had immediate feedback. I was surprised how easy it was...just a fax of the vet bill, a phone call from VetInsurance to acknowledge receipt and a cheque within days. No questions, no hard copy in the mail, no waiting....painless!
