I bought coverage for both of my Italian Greyhounds in early 2007. I've never submitted any claims, until one of my dogs was diagnosed with a tumor at the end of 2007. I submitted my claims with all requested/very detailed information and the company still is using the excuse that they need more information and based on what they have, all claims will be denied. I'm not sure what service I'm paying for here. I don't recommend using VPI, terrible customer service and its about the money not about the pet.
