This insurance is awful

Although I could have submitted several other claims for my pet, I chose to carry the expense myself. Wanting only to use the insurance incase of an emergency. Well when I needed it the most it failed me. I don't know why I was surprised it is only acting like any other insurance company. Taking your money and giving you excuses in return. I will continue covering my pet with insurance at the end of the year but not with this company. No wonder my vets office had never heard of this company. I will go with their recommendation next time. I'm sure this won't be posted on your website but it should be.

Jan, if you have other claims not related to Lola's luxating patellas, please submit them if they are for conditions that started after the policy start date. That's what your policy is for. If you would rather cancel your policy now and have the unused premium returned, you can do that too.

I have only had wonderful experiences with Embrace and many of them. They pay prompt, the customer service is AWESOME. I was covered by another providerand it was horrible. Embrace has paid my claims promptly for my puppy who has hip dysplasia, they have paid for rehab, they have paid for tests and all promptly. You know what else, they even wrote me to see how my pup was doing after surgery. Embrace only goes ABOVE and BEYOND in my experience. I think so highly of them and recommend them regularly. I speak with experience -- I had a nightmare with the AKC Insurance and have a DREAM COME TRUE in coverage for my sweet pups since they are covered with Embrace.
