VPI has great customer service

I have had my 2 Pomeranians insured with VPI for nearly the entire 11 years of their lives and am very pleased with the quickness in turnaround of reimbursements and customer service whenever I've had the need to call them. The paperwork and policy are easy to understand and I've definitely gotten my monies worth being with VPI. I've referred them to many of my friends, especially now that the company I work for now allows employees to sign their pets up with VPI during our open enrollment for our own benefit packages.
