So far, I've had great experiences with VPI. We've filed multiple claims and been customers for about a year. We have a young, energetic puppy who hasn't been without his growing pains. Thus as pet parents, VPI has become an important partner to us. VPI has been very straightforward and relatively easy to work with. The only time I have been confused with their denial to fill a claim, I voiced my concern and they made sure to call me back and explain the situation, discussing at length in plain English. I appreciate their efforts in the customer service department, and I'm sure you'll be able to sense their efforts as well. In my opinion, insuring your pet is the right thing to do, and VPI is a great company to work with. P.S.
