During the pandemic most employees I know we're so stressed. My cat had a very urgent crisis requiring surgery and I called in a lot. No one expects in Canada to be talking about money in such a crisis and here we were discussing detail. I found I called people who actually had animals who actually understood how I felt ever on the side of the animal as well as myself. I was given rational, information that made me understand why my claim was taking long. I got more support from these people talking about my pets and the crisis. I would have placed 10 out of 10 but I was told a long time ago in a review you should't do this.
