Over all we are very happy with VIP their customer service and claims service. They do exactly what they say in their plan and do it well. Our only concern is that when we went to upgrade our plan they would not due so due to the fact that "Missy" had an undiagnosed lump. This was not diagnosed as our vet (whom we trust implicitly, felt it was nothing to worry about. Vip said if we got it diagnosed they would let us reapply. Upon seeing our vet on the next visit, she again examined Missy and stated it had remained the same and did not see a need to biopsy. We feel since we trust out vet and that she also raises long haired Dachshunds that she know what she is going and perhaps VIP should trust her judgement. The above is really the only concern we have ever had and intend to stay with VIP.
