I recently had a billing issue that was corrected immediately by Chris Hagesfeld, including follow-up email and postal mail responses. Chris provided a level of customer service that would be hard to beat. As a newer policy holder, I've yet to make an insurance claim, but based on Chris' professionalism, I'm confident I've chosen the right pet insurer.

Chris is a doll. Based on my experience with Chris, I was positive that Embrace would handle any future claims professionally.
I hope you never have to make a claim with Embrace. The experience is nothing at all like dealing with the very kind Chris, in fact, quite the opposite.

I'm extremely upset with this company. I hate to see more people taken advantage of.
