Simply a nightmare

After paying my premiums for seven years straight without a claim,the first time I needed to rely on VPI I found myself in an insurance nightmare.A constant run around about forms not being filled out correctly(after filling them out as they instructed me to),to a list of conditions and coverage limits you have to be a vet to understand,to just flat out not covering things they clearly should have,I have had enough.As soon as I finish doing battle over their latest denial,I will be dropping them in favor of a better plan.It's as if they are on a mission to be the company of no.I am almost 50 and can honestly say that this is by far the worst insurance company I have ever delt with.What pisses me off most is how you are led to believe you can have peace of mind about your pets health,I have had a rude awakening I won't soon forget.And to top it all off.They have raised my premiums 40% in the last year and a half.Bye Bye VPI.
