I'm extremely disappointed with this insurance company! I had seen some mixed reviews with this insurance but took a chance on them as they covered dental illnesses. Biggest regret! I paid for 3 months of premiums because they took over a month to process a claim for which they had all the information upon submission. My dog went in for dental cleaning during the waiting period as i already knew this service wouldn't be covered and during her physical, they found some tumors on her underbelly. I called Petfirst customer service to inquire about coverage but the representative said it might not be covered but failed to mention if I moved forward it would be considered a pre-existing condition moving forward and all future services wouldn't be covered. I have now received the claim denial and to make matters worse have been told other insurance companies will consider this a pre-existing condition!
