I am a VPI customer and was dreading sending in some medical bills from my dog's recent testing due to a denial earlier on in my policy. However, I was pleasantly surprised that no questions were asked, my check arrived promptly, and the service was great. (My previous incident was declined due to an exclusion with in the first year.) Long story short I was pleased that my claim was processed effectively and efficiently and that the company was so nice.
