spays and other services covered separately

I live in Florida and the actual ovariohysterectomy for my dog cost around $55. If you look at the schedule you will understand that other services are covered like anesthesia and any antibiotics, injections, et al. I go to a great Vet Clinic (not low cost). You just have to speak to your vet and have them understand or get educated on how to fill out the claim forms correctly. Each diagnosis or secondary treatment needs to be separate line items... for example. In the long run I get reimbursed more than I pay out, so it is definitely worth it.
