I submitted my first claim to Embrace on 12/8/08 and it has not yet been processed. Looks like the typical delay tactic of insurance companies. I am switching to VPI.

follow up -- Embrace has since responded and provided the promised coverage. An additional claim submitted soon after was handled quickly and fairly. No complaints now.
DON'T switch to VPI!! I'm sure you have seen the other reviews on here. I am with them now and I am here researching other companies.
