Inconsistent reimbursement. They did very well with one of my cats, and NOTHING (!!!) for the other one. Wouldn't recommend them because of this inconsistency. Also, no real assistance via telephone regarding protest of their non-payment. Lots of paperwork needed to request a review, including several LAYERS of review. I canceled both cats' policies and went to another provider.

Typically, our claims process takes less than 5 business days and we have a very simple appeal process. Instructions on submitting appeals are in your policy or you can call our Customer Care team at 877.738.7237 to initiate an appeal.
