Was given the runaround....

Tried to purchase insurance for my Healthy 10 yr old ....not only did I have to fax all the records, they wouldnt receive them and I had to refax them (I dont have a fax machine-very inconvenient)...0 communication. Once records were finally received, stated right out to me (I had to call to find out what the delay was again) that I didnt send everything because there wasnt a return visit to the vet after an ear infection. I told her that I didnt go back because it was cleared and she said that I was hiding something.There wasnt anything to hide as he was HEALTHY!! That was the last straw.....I switched over to a different company in which I was enrolled in 2 weeks without any hassle. I will continue to tell my story to dissuade anyone thinking on enrolling with VPI. What a scam....
