I had VPI for about 4 years or so and was contacted by phone from another pet insurance company. The woman was a great salesperson and talked me into switching plans. I regretted it almost immediately and switched back to VPI as soon as was practical. I have needed them for some really big claims for both the dog and cat. They have been responsive in a timely fashion and fair in their reimbursement. I have never had any issue with this company and it is now 7years later. I will stay put and not be swayed to consider other options again.
