I have been with VPI for a number of years, and have always felt that my pets were protected, and that I was always able to provide the care they needed. Everyone would like big paybacks, but the bottom line for me is that the premiums are reasonable, I am able to choose the level of coverage, and the reimbursements, and there have been a number of them, have always been timely, and much appreciated. As with most people, we can handle the normal, annual visits, the flea and heartworm protection, but it's the unexpected occurences that set us on our heels. The coverage VPI has provided has always been more that satisfactory, and I intend to continue to protect my pets with this company.
