I have had this plan for over a decade on 3 pets. They on average pay about 1/4. It does not matter what illness or what vet. they use a really low rate schedule then from that make deductions. Follow up treatments are handled as part of the original and they will claim that the follow up is subject to the maximum payout after the original treatment payout. Most recently I had a 1200 bill that they paid 400 on and a 500 that they paid 60 on. You should look for a better plan or failing that just save the premiums in a savings account -- you will be better off.
