Horrible - Dont buy

I had ASPCA for 2 years now - they dont deny your claims but pay out almost nothing, thanks to "reasonable cost". I live in the city and the vet costs here are high. When I submit a claim, they only cover the "reasonable cost" portion of it which is in most cases less than 50% and then they pay out 80% of that after me meeting my $100 annual deductible. One more thing - their premium seems to go up every year.

Thats not the insurance company's fault. Insurance companies for humans do the same thing, in fact they all do. U as the pet owner has to shop around for a vet with reasonable prices. All types of doctors are trying to get the highest pay out possible. Like mom always said. U got to shop around.
