I purchased this for my 2 dogs several months ago and it came thru by automatic debit on my credit card. Several times they never put it thru and along came a cancellation notice for non payment of premiums. I called them, gave them the correct number once again and THOUGHT I had it cleared up. 2 months later I get another cancellation letter due to nonpayment for one 1 dog but the collected on the other dog. Life is complex enough without having to call them and get this straighted out. Never had the opportunity to even put thru a claim. I had enough of this company.
