I talked to customer service asking them to cancel my policy due to bad reviews but the person I talked to will not cancel it to my request. He went on and on to convince me not to cancel it. I was already begging him to the point that I was so furious at him for not letting me cancel my policy. He wants me to listen to his nonsense marketing talk so I wouldn't cancel it. I even told him that I am pregnant and in a financial problem but he is stubborn. He doesn't care that I am already upset, begging, and yelling for him to cancel my policy. He would not even let me talk to another agent or their manager so I can complain. Last I know, the customer has the right to cancel their policy as long that they are in contract with them. This person clearly has some personal issues or just bad customer service.
