Kept billing me incorrectly, and then could not explain to me what was going on. This was extremely upsetting since they only accept payment via automatic debit. Can you imagine! They basically kept taking random amounts out of my account and then could not explain why. Also, I insured 3 cats, and every policy they sent me had basic math mistakes in it. I would strongly advise anyone looking for pet insurance to avoid this company at all costs.

I have had quite similar problems. I have been trying to insure 2 pets with them, and they keep canceling my second pet's policy without my knowledge and consent. The first time this happened, I discovered the error when I was sent a new policy with a new start date. The second time I received a phone call saying I had been double-billed. Yet somehow, I keep getting charged for this policy that keeps disappearing from the records! While their employees try to be helpful when I call to rectify the situation, there never seems to be any record of what happened. I just do not understand. If they are treating a DVM this poorly, what happens to everyone else?
