This is my first experience with pet health insurance and so far I am very happy. I needed a lot of explanation and then made several changes in the first weeks of my new policy and each time I phoned Embrace the reps I spoke to were courteous, patient, and took immediate action. Every phone call was followed by a confirmation email letting me know the requested changes had been made. I've only had one vet visit so far and I received a partial reimbursement check for that visit about a week and a half later. Having never had pet insurance before, that check made my day!
I look forward to my future dealings with Embrace and feel like just knowing the insurance is there lifts the burden of wondering "what if" when it comes to the health care of my dog.
