VPI was there when I needed them most

In January 2009, my coverage was about to lapse because of financial troubles. I could not pay the amount due until a couple days after it was due. I was first told that the policy would cancel and I would just have to re-enroll. I was crushed because my Leopold had chronic conditions that would not be covered under a new policy. I contacted VPI and the below text is what happened. "GOD Bless You Joanna (Supervisor of Christen), Christen Trammell and VPI! Your kindness speaks volumes and has deeply touched me. I am in tears again but this time it is with gratefulness and a sense of relief knowing my Leopold is covered. I was in tears today speaking with Christen when she told me that her supervisor granted me the chance to renew my baby's coverage. I am sooooooo VERY thankful that you took the time to read and listen to my concerns. Today VPI showed me just how much they care about my pet. That Leopold is just as special to them as he is to me. In Leopold's 7 years, I have never doubted my reasons for insuring him. I believe wholeheartedly in your coverage but TODAY you showed me why I have been with you for the entire 7 years....VPI truly values the well-being of animals and is willing to stand by that value.
