Horrible Swindlers

I signed up for one month free when I adopted a puppy last summer. I was told that my credit card information was customary, but it would be cancelled after 1 month, that I would have to sign and return authorization for it to be continued. Well, I never recieved any papers but I sure did get charged for the policy. I have cancelled a total of three times. The first they have no record of, the second they do, but erroneously continued charging me for. Now I cancelled again and was told (7 days ago) that the back charges would be credited to my account within 24 to 48 hours. Of course they haven't been. I call back today, sit on hold for 35 minutes and am told that it usually takes WEEKS to get a refund. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was put through to a voice mail box. I am once again on hold for a person. I have never been made to feel less important. I am seriously considering contacting the Attorney General's office and filing a claim.

Call your credit card company. They can reverse the charges as you have made numerous attempts to cancel. See if they will also block this vendor from putting through any additional charges in the future.

Exactly, they are swindlers. They pulled the exact same "diarrhea is a pre-existing condition" with me. They deserve all the bad reviews they get.

I want to get a lawyer myself! Let me know I will be there with you! We need as many people to get on them, we all should call CP24 and get the news on them!!! Go right to Oakville and protest!
