I have coverage for my golden retriever, Honey, and have taken advantage of the Embrace Wellness Plan as well. They are very responsive and the customer service is top notch. They even promptly communicate via email, which is what I prefer. It took less then 3 week for them to process a claim and get a check to me. It would have been quicker if I had taken advantage of the direct deposit feature, which I will do next time. Overall, this is a great insurance company and one I have had an excellent experience with thus far.
