I am going to be brutally honest. When I first signed up for pet insurance with Embrace I was disappointed and thought buyer beware and I am stuck. Ever since that initial experience they have been wonderful. Claims have been paid, fast and via direct deposit. I never even see it come in it's just there. When I needed to increase his wellness benefit outside a renewal period. Done no problem. I am hoping to add more to this very soon.
My vet even submits my claims for me.
