This was the second time I submitted a claim, the first time I was honestly frustrated and didn't follow through...my fault NOT Petplans! This time, however, the amount of the claim was such that I could not ignore (nor afford to ignore). I followed the procedures and although it did require some follow up on my part, Petplan came through in a very big way. They were able to expedite the second claim that had a bit of a delay (only about 10 days) and they went back to my original claim and I was able to resubmit for charges rendered at that time. Overall, I am EXTREMELY satified and the combined total of both checks reimbures what I have paid for my premium twice over.
The customer service team was extremely patient with a volitle customer (me!). They handled the situation and I am now a cheerleader for PetPlan. The best part is that my dog will get the vet care he needs, I won't hesitate when he becomes ill.
