When I enrolled in Petplan, I was told there was a waiting period before I could submit a claim. This was understandable and I confirmed when this waiting period would end with the representative enrolling me.
My very first claim was denied because I was still "in the waiting period". This denial was never communicated to me. I had to call in to check on the claim after they put me through another billing cycle. Unbelievable.
I hope I can personally stop people from signing up for this terrible rip off.
