Do your research people. Myself and several others I know who have this company's insurance for their pets can tell you that the service is less than satisfactory. It's very difficult to get through to a live person and when you do, they always give you the run around. The policies they offer are getting outdated in comparison to what other companies can offer yet their premiums are ever rising. Their processing time is unacceptably long while they still tell clients that it's only a 7-10 business day turnaround time, untrue. The company seems unorganized, from not receiving claims that are submitted several times, losing client information, unaccurate processing with errors and representative that do not know the products well. I've already faxed in my cancellation request and will be going with another top Canadian company with superiour customer care and attractive coverage.
