They have so many hidden policies. They try to use every single policy not to pay your claim. I double-checked their first page and checked it up to the payment page multiple times. I did not see anything about "Establishing a Baseline Health". I also checked the confirmation email that they sent me after buying the policy and did not see such a thing as well.
My cat physically injured his paws 5 months after I bought the insurance plan. They refused to pay my claim because my cat had seen the doctor 7 months before starting the policy instead of 6 months before! They said it was in the "terms and conditions"! It was somewhere tiny in the end of the "terms and conditions"! After you buy the insurance they are not as nice as before.
