My 10 yr old German Shepherd, Abby, was taken in to have her teeth cleaned. I have the wellness package which would pay a flat re-imbursement of a $100 towards the bill. During the cleaning it was discovered that she had a cracked molar and it was removed. When I received the re-imbursement check they didn't pay the $100 because they said it was no longer under the wellness plan but under surgery where my $500 deductable applied. When I called them they said yes that's right and they would not pay any more. Other than this I have had good service but now I will always wonder what they'll get out paying next.
