I entered 2 claims five minutes apart and the only one you have processed is the one you applied to my deductible. Why is the other taking so long? Because you have to pay out? I would like a phone call or email explaining the holdup or I will explore other options for my pet's insurance. Clearly you arent busy if the one was processed as quick as it was. Seems you are waiting to reimburse my for my claim....not cool during a pandemic when money is tight and work is scarce. Your call....your communication moving forward will determine whether I continue to do business. With you or stop recommending you to my neighbors and look elsewhere.
