While the claims I have submitted have been paid, the employees of pet plan need to actually learn how to communicate both within the company and with clients. My most recent claim involved the death of my pet and even after I submitted all the required paper work, it took a month and two phone calls from me to point out that the required information had been sent. If anyone there had actually bothered to look at the info I sent, they would have found it. This wasn't the first run around either. Bottom line, they do pay claims (eventually) and cover things other companies don't, but to work with them is like working with an insurance company.
